Raintree Condominium Association Meeting Minutes

A typical meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on this 18th of October, 2023 at 6:30 PM in the Condominium Clubhouse. Attendance at the meeting was fair, with a number of residents in attendance. The meeting was led by Board President Jones.

Residents expressed concerns regarding the noise level during the project.

Suggested Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments

The Raintree Condominium Association will have proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes intend to update several aspects of condominium management. Some among these proposed amendments are: adjustments to the pet policy, revisions to parking regulations, and the new section on noise issues. A comprehensive proposal outlining these amendments has been made available to all residents shortly, along with the schedule for forthcoming meetings where residents can share their concerns.

Raintree Condo Exterior Improvement Project Update

Greetings residents! This short update provides information regarding the ongoing outside improvement project at Raintree Condo. The key focus of this project is to enhance the aesthetic appeal and overall durability of our building. As of today, noteworthy progress has been made on numerous phases.

Contractors are currently working diligently on the setup of new landscaping around the property, which is anticipated to greatly improve curb appeal.
Additionally , the fresh coat of exterior walls is progressing well, and we anticipate completion within the next several weeks.
We encourage residents to exercise caution in the project area and to follow all posted rules. Your support is greatly appreciated as we work towards completing this exciting project.
